الملخص

Advertisement through modern tools means the advocation and use of some tools that enables the consumer (anywhere) to get the goods he wants. Among these tools, we mention: television, radio, fax, telex.., in addition to the guiding notebooks that can be bought at a national level or be sent from and toward other countries (at an international level). Advertisement can include other tools, mainly newspapers, catalogues, video-show or electronical emails. In fact and with reference to Islamic doctrine, muslims judged it legal for a salesperson being a producer or a distributer to advertise a product using one of the already mentioned tools. In such a case, it is crucial for the salesperson to make the consumer aware of all the main characteristics of the product. He should first and foremost be honest and trustful, showing any disadvantage of the product if it exists. In so doing, he should avoid betrayals and lies or any other illegal behavior as a way to attract the consumer’s attention to the product.
