الملخص

أن المعارضة السياسية جزء اساس من النظام السياسي وبمثابة جوهر للعملية السياسية ، وعلامة بارزة في ارتقاء الثقافة السياسية لدى المجتمع ، إذ ان وجود معارضة يشكل دليل تطور وانعكاس لتقييم اداء النظام السياسي ، إلا ان وجودها قد يضيق ويتلاشى أو يتسع حسب طبيعة النظام السياسي القائم . ففي النظم الديمقراطية نجد هنالك اعتراف بوجود المعارضة السياسية ، وتؤمن لها مجالاً للعمل وبحرية تامة ، في حين نرى العكس من ذلك تماماً في النظم الديكتاتورية التي لا تسمح بوجود معارضة ، بل وتعمل على الغائها واقصائها وتهميشها وصولاً لملاحقتها وتصفيتها . The political opposition is a fundamental part of the political system and is the essence of the political process. It is a prominent sign of the rise of the political culture in society. The presence of opposition is a guide to development and a reflection of the performance of the political system, but its existence may be narrowed or widened according to the nature of the political system. In democratic systems, there is recognition of the existence of political opposition, and provide them with a space to work and free freely, while we see the exact opposite in the dictatorial regimes that do not allow the existence of opposition, and even works to abolish and exclusion and marginalization in order to pursue and liquidate
