الملخص
The economical interests became the main determinant to countries and alliances behaviour, even formed a strong motive to to approach alliances to create an interrerlated common economic partnership; based on founding zones and economic contractual agreements to achieve a mutual objectives among all sides. Accordingly, the commercial dimension is so crucial since it represents one of the principle axes to the Europêan Union policy towards Algeria. This study is trying to analyse the commercial partnership agreement between the EU and Algeria.
