الملخص
الملخص: تعالج هذه الورقة موضوع "فعالية مبادئ حوكمة في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة"، حيث قام الباحثان بالتعرض إلى المفاهيم المختلفة والتعاريف المتداولة حول مفهوم حوكمة المؤسسات والأداء المالي، وإبراز العلاقة التي تربط المبادئ والأداء المالي للمؤسسة، وذلك من خلال طرح مجموعة من التساؤلات والفرضيات التي نراها مناسبة في هذا الموضوع، ولعلى من أبرز هذه المؤسسات في الجزائر المجمع الصناعي صيدال والذي يسعى إلى تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة المؤسسات من أجل تفادي كل أنواع التضارب والتعارض في جميع المصالح والقرارات والعمل على تحسين أدائها، وذلك عن طريق طرح مجموعة من الأسئلة في شكل استبيان، حيث تم تحليل هذه النتائج وتفسيرها بتطبيق برنامج Spss21. Abstract : This paper examines the concept of corporate governance and financial performance, and highlights the relationship between the principles and the financial performance of the institution by asking a number of questions and assumptions that we see The most important of these institutions in Algeria is the industrial complex SIDAL, which seeks to apply the principles of corporate governance in order to avoid all kinds of conflicts and conflicts in all interests and decisions and to improve their performance by asking a series of questions In the form of a questionnaire, where these results were analyzed and interpreted using the Spss21 program. Résumé: Ce document examine les concepts de gouvernance d'entreprise et de performance financière et met en évidence la relation entre les principes et la performance financière de l'institution en posant un certain nombre de questions et d'hypothèses que nous voyons. Et le plus important de ces établissements en Algérie est le parc industriel, qui cherche à appliquer les principes de gouvernement d'entreprise afin d'éviter tout type de conflits et conflits dans tous les intérêts et décisions, et de travailler à l'amélioration de leurs performances, Pour lui sous la forme d'un questionnaire, où l'analyse de ces résultats et l'application de son programme d'interprétation de Spss21.
