Résumé
Human capital is a multidimensional concept and a major component of intellectual capital. Indeed, the term human capital derives from the economic theory of human capital developed by Becker and Theodore Schultz W. Indeed, economists reach the same conclusion concerning the definition of human capital. Hence, human investment mainly concerns education and is preserved and developed through training to increase productivity. This means that spending is spent on education, education and training. Le capital humain est un concept multidimensionnel et une composante principale du capital intellectuel. En effet le terme de capital humain trouve sa source dans la théorie économique du capital humain développée par Becker et Theodore Schultz W. En effet, les économistes parviennent à la même conclusion concernant la définition du capital humain. D’où, l’investissement humain concernent principalement l’éducation et se préserve et se développer par la formation pour accroitre la productivité . Cela signifie que les dépenses sont consacrées aux études, à l’éducation et à la formation.
