مكانة التمكين الاقتصادي للشباب الجزائري ضمن السياسات الحكومية

الملخص
يعتبر تمكين الشباب لسوق العمل والمشاركة في الحياة الاقتصادية من الأولويات الملحة التي تتصدر لائحة الأجندات التنموية للدول، وعلى غرار الجزائر فقد طرحت هذه القضية كضرورة لمسايرة الركب العالمي ولتشجيع روح المقاولاتية، وبرزت كآلية من آليات الدولة للنهوض بالوضع الاقتصادي وللتقليل من متلازمتي البطالة والهجرة، عن طريق إدماج الشباب في سوق العمل بأدوات أكثر مرونة وحيوية، خصوصا إذا ما أخذنا بعين الاعتبار أن الشباب أصبح يشكل الرقم الأصعب في معادلة التنمية، لأجل ذلك فإن إنعاش الاقتصاد وخلق تنمية مستدامة يقتضي تعزيز فرصهم الاقتصادية. ومن هذا المنطلق تسعى هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مكانة الشباب في ظل السياسات المتبعة، ودور الآليات المستحدثة في تسهيل إدماجهم في الحياة الاقتصادية، ومساهمتها في تصحيح الاختلالات التنموية. The issue of the youth empowerment to the labor market and to participate in economic life is considered as one of the urgent priorities that tops the list of development agendas of countries, like Algeria this issue was presented as a necessity to keep pace with the world and to encourage entrepreneurship, and emerged as a mechanism to promote the economic situation to reduce the syndrome of unemployment and migration, by integrating youth with more flexible and vital tools, especially given that youth have become the most difficult number in the development equation, for this reason the revival of the economy and the creation of sustainable development require the enhancement of their economic opportunities. In this context, this study seeks to recognize the status of youth through the policies followed, and the role of the mechanisms developed in facilitating their inclusion into economic life, and their contribution in correcting developmental imbalances.
