مساهمة نظم المعلومات المالية في تفعيل التحصيل المالي حالة الوكالات التجارية لمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة (the Contribution Of Financial Information Systems In Activating Financial Collection Case Study: Commercial Agencies Of Electricity And Gas Distribution Direction – Ouargla)

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة إبراز مدى مساهمة نظم المعلومات الماليـة في تفعيل التحصيل المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 32 مستخدم لهم علاقة بعملية التحصيل المالي على مستوى الوكالات التجارية التابعة لمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة خلال الفترة 2015 إلى شهر جانفي 2018، وتم الاستعانة باستمارة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وتحليلها باستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية، حيث تمت معالجة البيانات بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS). في هذه الدراسة تم الوصول إلى أهمية نظم المعلومات المالية لتفعيل عملية التحصيل المالي على مستوى الوكالات التجارية التابعة للشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to try to highlight the contribution of financial information systems in activating financial collection in economic institutions. To achieve this objective, a random sample of 32 users related to the collection process was selected at the level of commercial agencies of the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Ouargla during the period 2015 to January 2018. The questionnaire was used to collect and analyze data using statistical methods. The data were processed by SPSS. In this study has been reached the importance of financial information systems in the activation of the financial recovery process at the level of the commercial agencies of the Algerian Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Ouargla.
