الملخص
يؤدي القطاع اللوجستي دورا هاما في اقتصاديات الدول، حيث يعتبر عصب عمليات الإنتاج والتوزيع، من خلال تأثيره الإيجابي في تقليل حلقات التداول بين المنتج والمستهلك النهائي، ومن جانب آخر يعتبر المحفز الرئيسي لفرص الأعمال والاستثمار في أي بلد. ويشكل القطاع اللوجستي في الجزائر دعامة اقتصادية مهمة، حيث يأتي اهتمام الحكومة بهذا القطاع من خلال تنفيذها لعدد من مشاريع البنية الأسياسية كالمطارات والموانئ والطرق، وذلك استكمالا للمنظومة اللوجستية، كما يعد القطاع اللوجستي قطاعا رافدا للاقتصاد الوطني، حتى يأخذ مكانه الاستراتيجي ليشكل موردا أساسيا في إيرادات الدولة، وخاصة بعد انهيار أسعار النفط العالمية، لذا تطرقتنا في بحثنا إلى واقع وتحديات العمليات اللوجستية في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة ميناء بجاية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن العمليات االلوجستية على مستوى هذا الميناء عرفت تطورا ملحوظا خلال الفترة من 2012-2017، إلا أنها مازالت تواجه بعض التحديات والتي تشكل عائقا في تطورها. The logistics sector plays an important role in the economies of countries. It is the mainstay of production and distribution operations, through its positive effect in reducing the rings between the producer and the end consumer. On the other hand, it is the main catalyst for business and investment opportunities in any country. The logistics sector in Algeria is an important economic pillar. The government's interest in this sector comes through the implementation of a number of infrastructure projects such as airports, ports and roads to complement the logistics system. The logistics sector is also a sector of the national economy. , Especially after the collapse of international oil prices. Therefore, we examined the reality of logistics operations in Algeria, through the study of the port of Bejaia. The study concluded that the logistics operations at the level of this port have developed significantly during the period from 2012-2017, it still faces some challenges and is a hindrance in its development
