الحماية القانونية للراتب The Legal Wage’s Protection

الملخص
يعتبر الراتب أحد العناصر المشكلة للقانون الأساسي للوظيفة العمومية، وأهم الحقوق التي يتمتع بها الموظف، حيث يقع على عاتق الدولة أن تحيطه بضمانات فعالة لحمايته من كل العوامل التي قد تؤثر عليه سلبا، لضمان التوازن بين المصلحة العامة للإدارة ومصلحة الموظف الخاصة، فالراتب بأبعاده الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والقانونية، يعتبر من أهم المواضيع التي يجب دراستها بشكل مستمر، فأي خلل في نظامه سيؤدي حتما إلى مشاكل إدارية، اقتصادية واجتماعية خطيرة. The wage is considered as a component of a public sector office basic law, and the most important employee’s rights, and any imbalance in its system will inevitably lead to serious administrative, economic and social problems, so it’s the duty of the government to protect it from all factors, that may adversely affect it, in order to ensure a balance between the administration public’s interest of and the employee's own benefits. So, in terms of its economic, social and legal dimensions, is one of the most important subjects that must be studied continuously.
