اختلاف المواقف حول النسخ في القرآن الكريم وأثر ذلك في حقيقته

الملخص
ملخص: هناك مواقف مختلفة تناولت موضوع النسخ اعترضت أحيانا على حقيقته ونسَبَته لغير الحقيقة، بل عدته من المداخل التي تسهل على القائلين بالتاريخية الولوج من بابه، فنهضت لذلك منكرة وجوده في النص القرآني، وخرجت كل الآيات المتوهم حصول النسخ فيها على وجه صحيح من التأويل، وفي مقابل هذا الموقف نجد موقفا آخر أكثر توسعا وتجاوزا لحقيقة ضبط مفهوم النسخ الذي تعارف عليه أهل القرآن والأصول، فتراهم يدخلون الكثير من الآيات في مسمى النسخ، وذلك لخلطهم بين مفهوم متقدم واسع في مشمولاته، ومفهوم متأخر أضيق تعارف عليه الأصوليون، ولكن مع هذا يوجد موقف ثالث ترك التوسع والتجاوز ونكب طريق الإنكار، فآثر القول بالتوسط ومداره يعتمد على تطبيق ضبط مفهوم النسخ كما ارتضاه علماء الأصول، وقد جد في ارجاع كثيرة من الآيات المدعى نسخها إلى الإحكام، فكان هذا الموقف أمثل المواقف طريقة، وهو في نهاية مؤداه يكاد لا يعترف بالنسخ إلا في آي قليلة معدودة جدا، أما تأثير هذه المواقف على حقيقة النسخ، فكل موقف انطلق من تصوره لحقيقة النسخ؛ فمن رأى جواز تبدل الأحكام ونسخها، وأن ذلك موافقا للحكمة الإلهية، فالأحكام تدور مع المصالح، والمصالح تختلف حسب الزمان والمكان، فحقيقة النسخ عنده إلغاء الحكم أو انتهاء العمل به، ومن رأى عدم جواز النسخ في القرآن الكريم، خرّج الآيات المدعى نسخها بضرب من الخصوص والتأويل.
