آفاق البحث المقاصدي المعاصر: رؤية تأصيلية نقدية

الملخص
ملخص : تتغيّا هذه الدّراسةُ استشرافَ آفاقٍ جديدةٍ للبحثِ المقاصديِّ المعاصر، واستثارةَ أفكارٍ أبكارٍ لإعادة ترتيب أولويات هذا البحثِ، وتجاوز النزعة التاريخية التي استبدّت بمقاليده، ومن هذه الآفاق أو تلكم الأفكار : تقصيد الأصلين، وصياغة معجم للمصطلحات المقاصدية، وتعميق البحث في ضوابط معرفة الضروريِّ، والحاجيِّ، والتحسينيّ، وتصحيح المفاهيم الأصولية في ضوء المقاصد، ونقد التوظيف المقاصدي في الفكر والاجتهاد والفتوى. وكان من النتائج التي تأدّت إليها الدراسة ضرورة بناء خطابٍ نقديٍّ مواكبٍ للمدّ المقاصديِّ المتنامي كمّاً وكيْفاً، حتّى لا تتّخذ المقاصد مطيّةً لتعطيل النص، وتسويغ الشذوذ، وفتح الذرائع من غيرٍ ضابطٍ أو حاصرٍ! Abstract : This study explores the prospect of new horizons of modernist research, and the stimulation of early ideas to rearrange the priorities of this research and to overcome the historical tendency that has taken over its traditions. These perspectives include: trimming the originals, drafting a glossary of Makassed terms, And correcting fundamentalist concepts in the light of the purposes, and critique of the recruitment of Makkah in thought, jurisprudence and fatwa. One of the results of the study was the need to build a monetary discourse parallel to the Makassadi, which is growing in size and quantity, so that the goals do not take a ride to disrupt the text, and justify the anomaly, and open the pretexts unchecked or besieged!
