الملخص
In this paper, we will try to study the theoretical framework for the analysis of the total environment and the environment District (competitive) by identifying the known models and helping to analyze the environment, such as model "SWAT" model "Porter," model "BCG" model "PIMS" and others in the first part, and then in the second part we are trying to highlight the Algerian industrial enterprises to know the reality of an analysis of the competitive environment through these models. Among the most important results of this research to the Algerian experts state that a very small number of large industrial enterprises are strategic analysis on the one hand, on the other hand they say that the most important possible models applied to the Algerian industrial enterprises are the model "Porter" model "BCG" Because These models fit size Algerian industrial enterprises.
