الملخص
The Arabic countries such as Algeria have seen strong tensions after the colonial period and during the stage of building the national independent state. These tensions appear clearly in many bilaterals when establishing the foundations of the desired society. Such bilaterals reveal the existential problems of these countries. The latter can be summarized in choosing between accepting unchanged situations or facing circumstances in order to free themselves, carrying on traditions or renewing them, preserving their own local heritage or submitting to the values of modernity. In this context, our paper is dealing with the path which could be taken by modernization tendency in Algeria and Arabic world, which is characterized by traditional aspects and strongly influenced by their past.
