الملخص
Abstract : From Jeams perspective, the fairness and validity of the religious principle are not related to its sacred or ideal aspect, but rather to its utility in meeting the material needs. In fact, if the theological ideas can ensure security and peace, in the same way the idea of God does, there is no reason, according to Jeams to flee to the reality. The pragmatism affirms that the underestimation of a useful and a profitable idea, does not make sens practically and really. On the basis of this principle, Jeams pragmatism does not question God identity and attributs, in order to believe or not in him, but instead he merely measures and calculates the concrete and tangible consequences of the belief in the divinity. In sum, this doctrine makes the field of research in theology fairly broad.
