States also undertook to achieve the well-being of their people. They established such institutions from nurseries and kindergartens in order to kindergartens raise the child properly and in a satisfactory manner. However, this does not mean that these centers achieve the full well-being of all children, all of which are positive and negative. Therefore, the researcher tried to shed light on the extent to which the well-being of the child is achieved before school age and to preserve his best interests. Is this by staying as long as possible with his family or by moving him to the small reception centers?
