غياب وسطية الفتوى وأثره في توهين صف الأمة أفرادا وجماعات

الملخص
المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث الى بيان مهمة الفتوى ومراعاتة وسطيتها؛ إذ لابد للعالم إبان إصدار فتواه النظر فيما يصلح بكل مكلف في نفسه، بحسب وقت، دون وقت، وحال دون حال، كما لا يجوز له تبني الآراء الشاذة، وإذاعتها بين الناس، بدعوى التيسير، وفهم الواقع، وقد خلص الباحث الى أن مآل تلك الفتاوى المفتقدة وسطيها، كانت وراء ما تقاسيه الأمة، من من تفرق صفها، وتكالب أعدائها، وتسلط على أبنائها، فوسطية الفتوى قيمة عظمى لا ريب وبغيرها تختل أمور كثيرة في حياتنا كأفراد ومجتمعات، الأمر الذي يجعلها ضرورة يتعين الإعتصام بها وعدم التفريط فيها.
