الملخص
الملخص: تمثلت إشكالية البحث في أهم الحاجات التكوينية للتقنيين السامين في الرياضة لمكافحة الآفات الاجتماعية بين أوساط الشباب.وعليه أستخلص الباحث من خلال ذلك أهمية الدراسة والمتمثلة في إمكانية تلبية برامج التكوين الحاجيات الميدانية لدى التقنيين الساميين لمكافحة الآفات الاجتماعية.و من هذا المنطلق صاغ الباحث عدة فرضيات أساسية للدراسة تمحورت حول البرامج التكوينية المعتمدة داخل المعاهد و علاقتها بالاحتياجات الميدانية أثناء الأداء.و أعتمد الباحث على متغير الخبرة و الأقدمية قصد التكيف والتعامل مع فئة الشباب التي تعاني من السلوكات غير مقبولة. كما شمل البحث مقاربة نظرية عن السياق الاجتماعي للرياضة ثم الرياضة الجماعية والفردية, وقد أعتمد الباحث على المتوسطات الحسابية و الإنحراف المعياري للمعلجة الإحصائية للبيانات مع استعمال اختبار.ت T.test للدلالة عن الفروق. و في الأخير عرض الباحث نتائج الدراسة مناقشا كل الفرضيات مع تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات و الاقتراحات الماسة بموضوع الدراسة. Abstract: the research problem was about the most important and real formative needs for senior technicians in sport in order to fight the social plagues among youth…. Based on it the researcher deduced the study value which is: the ability of training programs to meet the needs of senior technicians to fight the social plagues, From this point the researcher formulated several basic hypotheses about formative programs adopted in the Institutes and then the sort of specialties that are available in The content of the formative programs and their relation to the field’s needs During performance The researcher relied on the experience variable of the adaptation process along with time and opportunity to gain experience among youth that have Unacceptable behaviors. He she also adopted a set of statistical methods For data processing represented in averages , deviances and T test To make the difference between the experience variable . the research also included a theoretical approach about the social context of sport then the Collective and the individual sport, and finally the researcher showed and examined all the results and hypothesis With a set of recommendations and prepositions related to the case study.
