الملخص

الملخـــــص : تعد التربية العملية التي تتم بمقتضاها ترقية الإنسان والمجتمع وتنمية قدرات الأفراد وإكسابهم القيم والأفكار والمعارف واستثمارها من أجل تحقيق أهداف التنمية، وتحدد السياسة التربوية الظروف والوسائل والأهداف والقيم التي تضمن تلك التنمية. وقد سعت الجزائر منذ الاستقلال عام 1962، الى جعل التعليم خيار استراتيجيا للانخراط من خلاله في عملية التطوير الشاملة، فكان لزاما التوسع في وظائف التعليم وتعديله وتوجيهه لإكسابه مزيدا من القدرة على التكيف مع التطور والتغيير الذي يشهده العالم، على هذا الأساس تبنت سياسية الإصلاح التربوي الذي يعكس طموحات الأمة ويكرس اختياراتها الثقافية والاجتماعية، ويسعى في حركية دائمة إلى إيجاد الصيغ الملائمة لتنشئة الأجيال تنشئة اجتماعية، تجعل منهم مواطنين فاعلين قادرين على الاضطلاع بأدوارهم، ومما لاشك فيه أن تلك الإصلاحات فيها ثغرات ونقائص مازالت بجاحة لمراجعة وتقييم وتقويم. Abstract : The scientific education in which the promotion of the human being and society and the development of the capability of individuals and their values and ideas and knowledge and investment in order to achieve the goals of development and determine the educational policy conditions and means and goals values that ensures that development. Since independence in 1962, Algeria has endeavored to make educational strategic options to in the process of comprehensive developmen. It was necessary to expand the functions of education , to modify it and to guide it to become more adaptable to the development and change that the word is witnessing. Which reflects the aspirations of the nations and dedicates its cultural and social choices and seeks in perpetual mobility to find the appropriate forms for the formation of generations social upbringing that make them effective citizens able to carry out their roles and there is no doubt that these reforms are gaps and reforms still need to review and evaluation and evaluation.
