الملخص
الملخص: يعد الاتصال الإداري العصب الرئيسي للعملية الإدارية، فالمؤسسة بحاجة للقيام بالعديد من الوظائف في إطار تحقيق أهدافها ، وعلى رأسها الرقابة والتي لا تتم إلا بتوفر رصيد معلوماتي عن سير العمل والذي يضمنه الاتصال، ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية للتعمق في الدور الذي يؤديه الاتصال الإداري في إحكام الرقابة بالمؤسسة، باعتبار أن تحقيق أهدافها يرتبط بوجود نظام سليم لمراقبة تنفيذ العمل من جهة ونظام فعال للاتصال من جهة أخرى. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال، الاتصال الإداري، الرقابة ، المؤسسة. Summary: Communication within the organization is the main nerve of the administrative process and the institution needs to do many jobs in the context of achieving its objectives, especially the control which is not only provided with a balance of information on the progress of work, which is guaranteed by communication. And from this point of view, this research paper aims to deepen the role played by internal communication in the control of the institution. As the achievement of its objectives is linked to the existence of a Sound commitment to monitor the implementation of the work on one hand and the effective communication on the other hand.
