استراتيجيات التكوين بالمدارس العليا للأساتذة وفق نظام Lmd

الملخص
شرع قطاع التعليم العالي منذ سنوات في إصلاح التعليم، طامحا في جعل الجامعة تلعب دورا مركزيا، يتمثل من جهة ، في تلبية تطلعات مختلف شرائح المجتمع لاسيما فئة الشباب منها، نحو بناء مشروع مستقبلي بالاستفادة من تكوين عال ونوعي يمدهم بمؤهلات ضرورية للاندماج في سوق الشغل، ومن جهة أخرى، في تلبية متطلبات القطاع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي الذي يطمح إلى التنافسية والنجاعة، وهذا بإمداده بموارد بشرية نوعية قادرة على التجديد والإبداع. هذه الدوافع أدت إلى تبني الجزائر على غرار الكثير من بلدان العالم ، نظام LMD (ليسانس – ماستر- دكتوراه)، وربما لا نبالغ إذا قلنا انه حان الوقت للمدارس العليا أن تندمج في هذا النظام ، سواء طواعية أو كرها، فلا يمكن للمدارس العليا أن تبقى في معزل عن هذا النظام، وإذا عدنا إلى دوافع هذ الاندماج ، فنجد ضرورة انفتاح هذه المدارس على المؤسسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية قصد الانخراط والمساهمة في تنمية وتلبية حاجات الكثير من القطاعات غير القطاع التربوي، ولعل كذلك من أهم الدوافع أيضا لإدماجها القضاء على الكثير من الاحتجاجات الطلابية المتكررة كل عام والتي تتسبب في هدر الكثير من ساعات التكوين إن لم نقل أياما وأسابيع.
