Abstract

This study examines the relationship between foreign direct investment, trade openness and economic growth in Algeria over the period 1970-2015. By using the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) co integration, the results based on the bounds testing procedure confirm the existence of a long-run relationship between direct investment, trade openness and economic growth. Both trade openness and foreign direct investment has an insignificantly positive effect on economic growth
