الملخص

Summary: This is about the importance of the training in each institution and how it develops the workers competencies and the relationship between them. That’s why we want to show how important are the training sessions in which workers get new information and new ideas. Training sessions supply workers with knowledge, new acquisitions and new methods. These later help worker to perform and have new points of view. Workers training helps changing the at mophere of working and living between the min the whole comity inside the institution. We may also recognize changes in the social behavior of workers and their organization. In the field of competition and organization each institution goes to develop and better the competencies and the lenowledge acquisitions of its workers by training sessions and also to organize the cultural aspect and the style of organization inside the institution according to the world order and system.
