The themes in the literary works for children and teenagers play an important role in the development of their world knowledge. Literature especially dominates an important part in providing communication among societies. In Austrian literature for children and teenagers, the topics about Turks provide information about Turkish people and their lifestyle. This type of information on the people of different societies forms an image for young generations.
