من أخلاقيات طالب العلم الشرعي في الأخذ والكتابة والتأليف

الملخص
الملخص: يعتبر العلم من أهم الأعمال الجليلة التي يشتغل بها الإنسان عموما و المسلم خصوصا طلبا و تعليما و كتابة و تأليفا ، و بعد ظهور بعض السلوكيات السيئة التي تتنافى مع روح العلم و أخلاقياته كتبنا هذا البحث الذي يهدف إلى التعريف بمصطلح العلم و تقسيمات العلماء له و إبراز بعض المعاني السامية لمصطلح العلم النافع و هو ما أثمر عملا صالحا ، و ركزنا على بعض الأخلاقيات التي ينبغي مراعاتها في كل مراحل العملية البحثية من أولها إلى آخرها و التي تعتبر قوة دافعة وروحا عاصمة من الوقوع في الكثير من الانزلاقات التي تتنافى مع العملية البحثية ، و ما هذه الأخلاقيات إلا سلوكات طيبة ضاربة في القدم توارثها الخلف عن السلف تقتضي الصدق و الأمانة العلمية و الاعتراف بالفضل لأهله و عدم القفز على مجهودات الآخرين و تصفية القصد من كل الشوائب و الحظوظ الخسيسة Abstract Science is considered to be the most important work practiced by man in general and Muslim in particular; especially in demand, education , writing and adaptation. And after the emergence of some bad behaviors that are contrary to the spirit of science and ethics ,we wrote this research , which an ins to introduce the term science and highlight some of the meanings of the term beneficial science , this is what led to goot work and focuced on some of the ethics that should be observed in all stages of scientific research from the first to the last which is a driving force and spirit to avoid falling in a lot of glitches that are inlompatible with scientific research. This ethics are just good behaviors we took it from our grand parents that requires honesty , scientific honesty and recognition of the credit to his people and not to abandon the efforts of others and the elimination of oppression of all impurities and the lousy lenis
