الملخص
للتحليل المالي مكانة مرموقة وهامة داخل المؤسسة حيث يعتبر النواة في مجال المال ،إلا أن هذه الدراسة هدفت إلى الكشف المبكر بالفشل المالي للمؤسسات وذلك من خلال مؤشرات ونماذج استحدثت من طرف علماء كان لهم دور ووزن كبير في إعطاء تحليل مسبق وصورة كاملة للوضع المالي قبل حدوث الفشل ،كل ذلك من أجل تدارك ذاك الاختلال،ومن بين هذه النماذج والمؤشرات التي تطرقنا إليها هي دراسة أنموذج ألتمان ونموذج كونان وهولدر إلا أن هناك الكثير من النماذج وإسقاطها على نوعين من المؤسسات لمعرفة الفروق الحقيقية بينهما. Cette étude visait à détecter rapidement l’échec financier des institutions au moyen d’indicateurs et de modèles élaborés par des scientifiques qui avaient le rôle et le poids de donner une analyse préalable et une image complète de la situation financière avant l’échec. Tout cela pour remédier à ce déséquilibre, et parmi les modèles et indicateurs que nous avons abordés est l’étude du modèle Altman et du modèle de Conan et Holder, mais il existe de nombreux modèles que vous pouvez laisser tomber sur deux types d’institutions pour connaître leurs véritables différences The financial analysis have an important role to the institution, as it is comsidred as the core of the financial field ,this study aimed to the early detection of the financial failurs of institutions through indicators and models developed by economists whom had a paramount role in giving a prior analysis of the financial correct and remedy this failure. Among these models were the study treated,Altman model, Conan and Hodler model, in this study ,we tried to drop these models on two types of instutitions to distinguish the real differences between it.
