The study aimed to focus on problems and obstacles facing E-commerce in Palestine from the perspective of the business sector in Hebron. The main result in this study revealed, there is a several problems and obstacles facing e-commerce in the country of Palestine. The most important of these obstacles are: the focus on the traditional business, and the absence of a sound base and a clear strategy for the adoption of e-commerce in the Palestinian companies. The most important recommendations made by the study is the need to enact laws and legislation to regulate e-commerce, in order to protect the interests of both the consumer and the product and to disseminate the culture of e-commerce, through the business sector.
