الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع المراهقين المنحرفين من خلال تقديم قراءة سوسيولوجية لهاته الظاهرة بالبحث في أصلها أسبابها وأهم أنواعها في المجتمع الجزائري، و قد اتخذنا ولاية الاغواط انموذجا في هذا الاطار. لأن واقع جرائم المراهقين في المجتمع الجزائري و في الكثير من أبعاده ينذر بالخطورة نتيجة تفشي مختلف الآفات والانحرافات وتصاعد ظاهرة العنف و الإجرام، بحيث أن استفحال هذه الظاهرة سجلت حسب الإحصائيات بمختلف المؤسسات القضائية والأمنية في السنوات الأخيرة ارتفاعا لافتا لنسب الجرائم بكل أنواعها وتعقيداتها لدى فئات الشباب والمراهق على وجه الخصوص و ذلك نتيجة تأثيرات عدة عوامل نفسية وثقافية واجتماعية وتكنولوجية. خاصة مع انفتاح المجتمعات على بعضها البعض وزوال الحدود الجغرافية والزمانية بينها وغيرها من عوامل. بناء على ذلك أصبح من واجبنا كمختصين وباحثين المساهمة في بلورة تصور علمي وعملي لهاته الظاهرة الخطيرة في المجتمع الجزائري كل هذا تزامنا مع غياب دور أليات الضبط الإجتماعي بمختلف أنواعه وآلياته الرقابية الأمر الذي يعد من اسباب انتشار الجريمة عند فئة المراهقين والشباب Summary The study ains to diagnose the reality of pervert teenagers through introducing sociological reading to this phenomenon by looking into its origin ,causes ,and the impotant types of it in the Algerian society ,and we have chosen the Wilaya of Laghouat as a study. Sample in this fram . Because the reality of teenage crimes in the Algerian society ,and in many dimensions , points to the danger due to the spread of different social issues and perversions ,and the rise of the phenomenon violence and crime , thus the spread of this .phenomena as recorder by some statics in different judicial and security instiuation in the late years a remarkable rise in the levels of crimes with a their types and complications amongst youngsters and teenagers specifically ,and that is due to the effects of many psychological , cultural ,sociological and technological factors .Especially with the openness of socities upon each others , and the demise of geographical and time boundaries between them and other factors .And bassed on that it became our duty as specialists and researchers to contribute in assembling scientific and an efficient visionary to this dangerous phenomena in the Algerian society , all this meets the absence of the role of the tools of social control with its different types and its controlling tools , which is considered one of the reasons in the spread of crime amongst teenagers and youngsters
