العدلة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بسلوك المواطنة لدى موظفي معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة المسيلة

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة بشكلها العام لمعرفة العلاقة الارتباطية ما بين العدالة التنظيمية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عينة من موظفي معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بطريقة العلاقات الارتباطية المتبادلة، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة المسح الشامل، حيث بلغ عدد عينة الدراسة (27) موظف وموظفة ،وقد توصل الباحث الى أنه لا توجد علاقة بين عدالة التوزيع وسلوك المواطنة، وتوجد علاقة طردية متوسط ما بين عدالة الإجراءات وعدالة التعاملات بسلوك المواطنة لدى موظفي معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة المسيلة. RÉSUMÉ : L’objectif général de l’étude : Connaitre la relation corrélative entre La justice organisationnelle et le comportement chez les fonctionnaires au sein de l'Institut de science et de technologie des activités physiques et mathématiques de l'Université de La méthode: on a opté pour la méthode descriptive corrélative vu qu’elle est compatible avec la nature de cette recherche Le corpus d’étude : un questionnaire inséré sous forme d’une échelle de Likert quintet. L'échantillon de l'étude a été sélectionné selon une méthode d'enquête complète, avec un échantillon de 27 fonctionnaires travaillant dans staps msila Les résultats obtenus : - Aucune relation corrélative entre la Justice de distribution et le comportement chez les fonctionnaires des staps M’Sila - Il y a une relation corrélative faible entre Justice de le procédure chez les fonctionnaires des staps M’Sila - Il y a une relation corrélative faible entre La justice de traiter et le comportement de la citoyenneté chez les fonctionnaires des staps M’Sila The summary of the study: - The title of the study: Organizational Justice and its Relationship to the Behavior of Citizenship in the Staff of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Mathematical Activities at the University of M'sila The Objectives of the study: The study aimed to determine the correlation between the dimensions of organizational justice (distribution justice, fairness of procedures, fairness of transactions) and the citizenship behavior of the staff of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities. Study Hypotheses: - Is there a correlation between the fairness of the distribution and the behavior of citizenship among the staff of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities in M'sila? - Is there a correlation between the fairness of the procedures and the behavior of citizenship among the staff of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities in M'sila? - Is there a correlation between the fairness of transactions and the behavior of citizenship among the staff of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports activities in M'sila? Methodology: descriptive approach, in a way of mutual relations. Society and sample: 27 employees and employees working in the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities. Data and information collection tools: a five-step scale questionnaire. Main results: There is no significant correlation between the distribution justice and the behavior of citizenship in the staff of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities - There is a correlation between the fairness of the procedures and the behavior of citizenship among the staff of the Institute of Science and Technology of physical and sports activities at the University of M'sila - There is a correlation between the fairness of transactions and the behavior of citizenship among the staff of the Institute of Science and Technology of physical activities and sports at the University of M'sila Suggestions: - Enhancing employees' sense of justice by raising awareness of the foundations through which rewards and promotions are awarded. - Review and upgrade the staff to suit their purchasing power. - Facilitate the opportunities for collective cooperation among staff, and increase coordination between departments and various administrative offices.
