الملخص
ملخص: لقد كرست كل التشريعات مبدأ حماية العمال أثناء أداءهم لعملهم خاصة بالنسبة للقصر منهم الذين يستفيدون من حماية أكبر نظرا لضعفهم جسديا ونفسيا مما يسهل استغلالهم اقتصاديا، كما أنهم يشكلون رأس مال الدول لذا يجب تعزيز حمايتهم والمحافظة على حقوقهم في جميع جوانب الحياة خاصة في مجال الشغل الذي أصبح يشكل ظاهرة خطيرة نظرا لإقحام الأطفال فيه، مما أوجب تدخل المشرع من أجل إيجاد ضمانات تحقق الحماية لهم، ومن بين الآليات التي أوجبها التشريع الجزائري مفتشية العمل التي أسندت لها مهمة الرقابة الصارمة في تطبيق أحكام وقواعد تشغيل فئة الأطفال للحد من المخالفات والانتهاكات الممارسة عليهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: العمال الأطفال، مفتشية العمل، المراقبة،أحكام تشغيل الأطفال، الحماية القانونية. Summary All legislation has enshrined the principle of protection of workers in the performance of their work, especially for minors, who benefit from greater protection because of their physical and psychological vulnerability, which facilitates their exploitation economic, so that their protection and the preservation of their rights must be strengthened in all aspects of life, especially in The work that has become a serious phenomenon due to the involvement of children in it, which necessitated the legislature intervention of the in order to find guarantees of protection for them, and among the mechanisms mandated Labor Inspectorate, which has the task of strict control in the application of the provisions and rules of employment of the category which reduce irregularities and violations for them.
