الملخص
لعقود التعمير علاقة وطيدة بسلامة البناء ومتانته وذلك لإحاطتها بكل الجوانب والأعمال التي يمكن أن تنجز على العقار، ورخصة التجزئة لها مكانة خاصة نظرا لأهميتها في تحديد حقوق البناء على القطع الأرضية محل التجزئة والربط بمختلف الشبكات في إطار عملية التهيئة التي تستلزمها كل عملية تجزئة، وتمر عملية تحضير عقود التعمير وإعدادها بمجموعة من الإجراءات تطرقنا لها على مرحلتين، الإجراءات السابقة على وجود القرار المتضمن رخصة التجزئة (إيداع الطلب والتحقيق فيه)، واللاحقة له (إصدار القرار، وإشهاره)، وكل إجراء سجلنا أثره على سلامة البناء وتحصينه من وقوع أي تعرض قانوني أو مادي. Abstract: Construction contracts have a strong relation to the integrity and durability of the building. It is to be surrounded by all the aspects and work that can be done on the real estate. The retail license has a special place because it is important in determining the building rights on the land plots that are fragmented and linked to the different networks. Preparation of reconstruction contracts with a set of procedures that we dealt with in two stages, the procedures prior to the existence of the decision including the retail license (deposit and investigation of the request), and the subsequent (issuance of the decision, and publicity), and each procedure recorded the impact on the safety of the building and immune to the occurrence of any definition Legal or material.
