الملخص
The subject of this study tends to seriously study the phenomenon in the history of Islam ,the phenomenon (tedwin elhadith) codification of the Sunnah, This Phenomenon historical and religious produced many of the problems that still haunt contemporary Islamic thought scientifically and culturally, because it was born at a time of political conflict and fighting between the Islamic symbols . Codification elhadith seen from two faces: general face (Thinkable), he is dominant in Islamic thought, based on the need to justify the legislation and the development of Islamic provisions, and to understand the Koran, and then for fear of extinction (elhadith) after the death of the Prophet and his followers. The second aspect is( unthinkable) exploiting the historic and symbolic personality of Prophet have a big impact in shaping the social and cultural history to pass a lot of chatter, Sunan and the actual that serve certain interests at the expense of other parties in the area of political conflict and the cultural and tribal. General appearance of a historical fact, a large share fundamentalism, but elhadith payload and historical knowledge made it very difficult to control scientifically and historically. Because it violates the spirit of the Koran in many texts, opposes mental sincere consideration. We are not talking about the lack of acceptance elhadith within the system and unacceptable by elhadith supporters, but we are talking about the phenomenon of writing elhadith under the so-called Essehah.
