الملخص

The study of agricultural development in Saharan region coincides with a very important step in the development of Algeria because the Saharan environment water resources has historically and currently is the principle of sustainable agriculture and development. The aridity of the environment in Ghardaia region characterized by a desert climate and drought for high temperature and high evaporation intensity of the winds and very low precipitation, all of these terms climate Negative make it impossible to practice irrigation sound agricultural development.
