الملخص
الملخص: حاولت هذه الورقة البحثية أن تستبين خصائص التواصل اللفظي وغير اللفظي لدى الشباب العربي في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، من خلال شبكة "الفيسبوك"، مع معرفة مدى تأثير تلك الخصائص على استعمال اللغة العربية لدى الشباب العربي. وقد قسّمنا هذه الورقة إلى ثلاثة عناصر رئيسة؛ تحدثنا في العنصر الأول عن مفهومي التواصل اللفظي وغير اللفظي قديما وحديثا. وبيّنا في العنصر الثاني خصائص التواصل اللفظي بين الشباب العربي في شبكة "الفيسبوك"، من خلال عرضنا لبعض النماذج التواصلية التي تمت بين فئات شبانية مختلفة. وأبرزنا في العنصر الثالث خصائص التواصل غير اللفظي بين الشباب العربي في شبكة "الفيسبوك"، استنادا إلى جدول توضيحي ضمّ أهم أشكال التواصل غير اللفظي. ثم ختمنا الورقة بأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها، مشفوعة ببعض التوصيات. Characteristics of verbal and nonverbal communication among Arab youth in social media, Facebook as an example Astract— This paper is an attempt to identify the characteristics of verbal and non-verbal communication among Arab youth in the social media through Facebook especially, and knowing the impact of these characteristics on the use of Arabic language by the Arab youth. We have divided this paper into three main points; the first deals with the notions of verbal and non-verbal communication now and in the past. In the second one, we demonstrate the characteristics of verbal communication among the Arab youth through Facebook, by presenting a set of communication models realized among various youth groups. In the third point we highlighte the characteristics of non-verbal communication among the Arab youth in Facebook, based on an illustrative table that includes the most important forms of non-verbal communication forms. We then concluded by the most important results with some recommendations.
