الملخص
الملخص المال عصب الحياة ومحرك الاقتصاد الذي هو بدوره دليل على قوة الدول وعظمتها ,فكلما كان الاقتصاد قويا كانت الدولة قوية،وهذه القوة لا يمكن تحقيقها إلا باعتماد سياسة اقتصادية ناجحة ،تمكن الدول من تطوير قدراتها واستغلال إمكانياتها بما يحقق لها الازدهار والتنمية المطلوبة،لذا فالدراسات التاريخية تلعب دورا في هذا المجال من اجل الاستفادة من الاستراتيجيات الاقتصادية للأمم السابقة ،وفي هذا الإطار جاءت هذه الدراسة للبحث في التجربة الجزائرية خلال الحكم العثماني للبلاد،لمعرفة المحاور التي ارتكزت عليها الحكومات التي تعاقبت على تسيير البلاد خلال الوجود العثماني بالجزائر.
