الملخص
ملخص: إن العلاقة بين الإعلام التقليدي ممثلاً على الأقل في التلفزيونات العامة وعلاقته بالميديا الجديدة هو حديث عن الإعلام و الاتصال بوصفهما ظواهر اجتماعية و إعلامية، فإذا كان الأمر يتعلق بحديث هل التلفزيون العمومي احتوته الميديا الجديدة لتنهيه أم الخدمة العامة في الإعلام ستظل رهينة وسائل الإعلام التقليدي، وعليه يدفع بنا هذا السياق إلى قراءة سوسيواعلامية كرونولوجية ومدى ارتباط الجمهور بمختلف الوسائل الاتصالية، و الشاهد أن الاعتقاد السائد أن لكل فرد ولكل أمة هوية في استخدامها على الرغم من حضور التكنولوجيا الحديثة في فعل التحديث للقديم، كما أن إشكالية نوعية الأخبار و موضوعيتها و استقلاليتها و مدى خدمتها للصالح العام تثير مسألة هامها وهي من يحتوي الأخر؟ Abstract: The relationship between traditional media represented at least on public television and its relationship to the new media.IT is a talk about information and communication as social and media phenomena.
