Activités économiques Et Territoires : étude De La Wilaya De Tizi-ouzou

Résumé

La tendance dominante des analyses territoriales a consisté, au cours de ces dernières années, à mettre en oeuvre des stratégies d’attractivité des territoires, tant au niveau national qu’au niveau local, visant à capter les flux d’investissement des entreprises en quête de sites d’implantation. L’étude des fondements de l’organisation et de l’encadrement des territoires constitue l’une des préoccupations importantes de l’économie moderne. Ainsi, les dynamiques l’attractivité, voire la compétitivité des territoires, sont mesurées par les caractéristiques et les performances de l’économie en place. Les déséquilibres territoriaux sont souvent d’un sous-développement économique. La référence à l’étude de la distribution des activités économiques dans la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou peut nous donner des éléments de réponse à cet égard ملخص: لقت الدراسات الإقليمية السائدة اهتماما كبيرا سواء وطنيا أو محليا في الآونة الاخيرة من خلال وضع إستراتيجيات تستجلب الناس لاستمالة استثمار المؤسسات التي تبحث عن التمركز. تعتبر دراسة الأساس التنظيم و تأطير الأقاليم محل اهتمام الإقتصاد الحديث لهذا فإن التنافس، الدينامكية و طريقة الجلب في هذه المناطق عوامل تتماشى مع الإقتصاد علما أن عدم نجاحها ناتج عن تخلف اقتصادي و كمثال على ذلك ولاية تيزي وزو اتخذناها كمصدر لتقسيم النشاطات الإقتصادية. تمنع طبيعة غابات ولاية تيزي وزو من الإستفادة منها نظرا لإحداثياتها الجغرافية كطقس و الموارد الطبيعية إلخ جعل منها منطقة غير زراعية مما أدى إلى نزوحها و هنا تبقى إشكالية التطور و إنشاء مناطق ترفيهية التي تبقي السكان مشغولين بالنشاط الزراعي، الصناعي. بني هذا المقال حول ثلاث نقاط: شرح القواعد الاساسية لفهم الموضوع، توضيح تمركز ولاية تيزي وزو في مفهومها اقتصاد الجهوي و اخيرا تحديد خصوصيات النشاطات الإقتصادية لهذه الولاية. أما بالنسبة للنقطة الرابعة تتمثل في إسهام النشاطات الإقتصادية في خلق مناصب الشغل و نتائج البحث . Abstract : The territorial studies has shown recently a great importance in the national and local feild by using strategies which attract the population and the companies investement which look for settling down . the study of the ground and the organisation of the territories consider as the most important thing for the modern economy that’s why the compitition, dynamic and the way we attract in these areas are all factors associated to the economy knowing that its failure is related to the underdevelopment and as an example the state of Tizi-Ouzou as a source to devide the economic activities. The nature of the Tizi-Ouzou forests don’t allow to exploit them because of the geographic position : the weather and the the natural ressources all these make this zone non-agricultural which result immigration and then the problimatic of the development and build up entraintment which remains the population busy with the agriculture and industriel activities.
