هياكل دعم المقـاولاتية لترقية مشاريعها في الجـزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على موضوع المقاولاتية وإنشاء المؤسسات الذي أصبح يحتل حيزا كبيرا من اهتمام الحكومات والعديد من الدول، خاصة مع تزايد المكانة التي تحتلها المشاريع الصغيرة في اقتصاديات الدول على مختلف الجوانب، وحتى على المستوى الاجتماعي مهما كان مستوى تطورها، بالإضافة إلى الدور الذي باتت تلعبه في مختلف برامج التنمية المستقبلية، إلا أن للمقاولاتية مواقف مختلفة ومن أحدا مواقفها إنشاء مؤسسة جديدة، ونضرا لصعوبة إنشائها فإنها تمر بعدة مراحل تحضيرية إلى غاية انطلاقها في النشاط، وذلك من خلال أنظمة المساندة والدعم من طرف الدولة لتفادي المخاطر ومواجهتها وخاصة في بداية نشاطها. بينما تأخذ المقاولاتية وإنشاء المؤسسات في الجزائر أهمية كبيرة، إلا أنها بقيت دون المستوى مقارنة بالدول الأخرى، لذا تسعى الجزائر لترقية المشاريع المقاولاتية حتى ترقى إلى المستوى المطلوب من خلال الهياكل المختلفة المساندة والمرافقة لدعمها، وتذليل كافة الصعوبات التي تواجهها والتي تواجه المقاولين. This study aims to identify the subject of Entrepreneurship and the creation of institutions which became occupies a great deal of attention of governments and many countries, especially with the increasing place occupied by small businesses in the economies of the countries on various aspects, and even on no matter what their level of development and social level, as well as the role that It is played in a different future development programs, but for Entrepreneurship different positions and one positions the establishment of a new institution, and the difficulty of its inception, it passed through several preparatory stages until its launch in activity, and through the support systems and support by the state to avoid the risk and response, especially at the beginning of its activity. While taking entrepreneurial and the establishment of institutions in Algeria of great importance, but it remained below the level compared to other countries, so Algeria is seeking to upgrade entrepreneurial projects even live up to the desired through the various structures of support and accompaniment for its support level, and overcome all the difficulties faced and facing contractors.
