دور تفعيل مشاركة وتمكين المرأة في تحقيق التنمية

الملخص
يرتبط الإهتمام بقضية مشاركة المرأة في الحياة الإقتصادية بالجهود التي أخذت الشعوب والدول من أجل التغيير والتقدم الإجتماعي والتنمية، حيث لعبت المرأة دورا في جميع مسارات التنمية وهذا نظرا الارتباط الوثيق بين قضية تمكين وإدماج المرأة وبين الإهتمام بقضايا التنمية بمختلف مستوياتها، وكذلك نتيجة تنامي الوعي العالمي بقضية مبادئ الحكم الراشد والديمقراطية التي تنادي بضرورة تحقيق المساواة بين المرأة والرجل، بالإضافة إلى هدف جميع تقرير التنمية البشرية التي تنادي بتوسع خيارات جميع الناس دون تميز، وقد تم التحول من منطلق الإهتمام بالتنمية في بعدها المادي الذي يدعم رفع الإنتاج والإهتمام بزيادة الأرباح، نحو التحول إلى زيادة الاهتمام بالإنسان باعتباره عنصر فعال في إحداث العمليات التنموية، وهذا ما صاحب مجيء نظرية تحاول وضع الجنس البشري المتكون من المرأة والرجل في مكانة واحدة، كما تدعم دور المرأة في المشاركة و إدارة شؤون المجتمع و لهذا برز دور جديد للمرأة في تحقيق التنمية، ولهذا تقوم إشكالية دراستنا كالتالي: The issue of women's participation in economic life is linked to efforts that took peoples and nations in order to change and social progress and development, where women played a role in all development paths, this is because of the close connection between the issue of empowerment and integration of women and the interest in development issues at various levels, as well as a result of the growing global awareness of the issue of good governance principles and democracy , which calls for the need to achieve equality between women and men, Besides we target all the human development report, which calls for the expansion of all people's choices without distinction, the shift out of interest in the physical development beyond that supports raising production and increasing interest in profits, the shift toward greater attention to human beings as the active ingredient in the creation of developmental processes, and this is what made the theory of trying to put the human race consisting of women and men in one position, also supports the role of women in the participation and management of the affairs of society and this has emerged a new role of women in achieving economic development and that makes the problem of our study are as follows: How effective is the role of women's empowerment in development
