الملخص
Many thinkers consider that the technical advances that have taken place in the field of medicine and biology, particularly with the applications of biotechnology, have had negative repercussions on contemporary human rights. Despite the impressive results achieved in the field of health and the suppression of diseases, the excesses that have afflicted human dignity have created a kind of suspicion. The human being is in a situation that requires him to review and hold accountable what science does in its practical aspect. يعتبر العديد من المفكرين أنّ التّقدم التّقني الّذي حصل في ميدان الطب والبيولجيا خاصّة مع تطبيقات البيوتكنولوجيا كانت له انعكاسات سلبية على حقوق الإنسان المعاصر، فبرغم النّتائج المبهرة الّتي تحققت في ميدان الصّحة وقهر الأمراض إلاّ أنّ التّجاوزات اّلتي مسّت الكرامة البشرية خلقت نوعاً من التّوجس والرّيبة، جعلت الإنسان في وضعٍ يفرض عليه مراجعة ومساءلة ما يحرزه العلم في جانبه التّطبيقي.
