الملخص
الملخص: إن موضوع البحث يلقي الضوء على ضوابط ممارسة مهنة الوكيل العقاري -باعتبارها مهنة خدماتية منظمة خاضعة للتسجيل في السجل التجاري- سواء تلك المتعلقة بالتحاق الأشخاص الطبيعية أو المعنوية بالمهنة والإجراءات الإدارية المتبعة لمنحهم الاعتماد من طرف الوزير المكلف بالسكن وتسجيلهم تبعا لذلك في سجل خاص مفتوح لدى نفس الوزير يفضي إلى تسليمهم بطاقة مهنية، أو تلك المتعلقة بمزاولة الوكلاء العقاريين لأنشطتهم في إطار وكالة عقارية أو وساطة عقارية أو إدارة وتسيير أملاك عقارية من خلال تقيدهم بالتزامات مهنية وبأُطر استيفائهم لحقوقهم. Abstract: The subject of the research sheds light on the rules of practice of the profession of real estate agent -as an organized service profession subject to registration in the Commercial Register- Whether those relating to the admission of natural or moral persons to the profession And administrative procedures for granting them accreditation by the Minister in charge of housing And register them accordingly in a special register open to the same minister leading to the delivery of a professional card Or those related to the practice of real estate agents for their activities within the framework of real estate agency or real estate brokerage or management and management of real estate properties Through their adherence to professional obligations and the framework for their fulfillment of their rights.
