Résumé
After more than fifty years of independence, it is time to question the pertinence of the problematic in the legal science in Algeria in general and in the doctorate theses in particular and it is put as follows: the Algerian law between the repture and the continuity in relation to the french law, law of the former colonial power. It is required that we will by pass the old approach and discuss a new the problematic by questioning from now on on whether the algerian contemporary law is in accordance with universal standarts.
