الملخص
هدا المقال يهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على البعد التشريعي و القانوني لإشكالية اللغات في المجال المهني و بصفة خاصة في المجال الإداري الجزائري غداة الاستقلال. هده المساهمة تتمثل في جرد شبه كامل لمختلف النصوص التشريعية التي تم سنها على مدى ثلاث عشريات بهدف تقنين مسألة التعاملات الغوية في المجال المهني في بلادنا بين اللغة الوطنية و اللغات الأجنبية. This article suggests exploring the juridico-legislative dimension of the question of the languages in the occupational environment, and more exactly administrative Algerian after the independence. He aims to be as a rather exhaustive inventory of the various legislative texts which were promulgated on three decades to regulate the problem of the linguistic uses in the work in our country, between national language and foreign languages.
