abstract The scholar Sheikh Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdul Karim Maghili of extraordinary scientists who were able to occupy the high prestige among scientists and also in the Arab and African Islamic thought alike, through what is written by the authors touched many aspects of knowledge, from which linguistics, science interpretation, logic, Fiqh and mysticism ... which made the researchers and scholars interested in studying the different knowledge and achieve his books, without overlook his manuscripts, which are still missing to this day, including the full moon illuminating interpretation to mention a few. Keywords: Maghili - his life - lineage - his birthday - his books - Sheikhs -ovah resume Le savant Cheikh Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdul Karim Maghili de scientifiques extraordinaires qui ont pu occuper le haut prestige parmi les scientifiques et aussi dans l'arabo-islamique et africaine pensait de même, à travers ce qui est écrit par les auteurs touché de nombreux aspects de la connaissance, à partir de laquelle la linguistique, la science interprétation, logique, Fiqh et de mysticisme ... qui a fait les chercheurs et les universitaires intéressés à étudier les différentes connaissances et d'atteindre ses livres, sans oublier ses manuscrits, qui sont toujours portées disparues à ce jour, y compris la pleine lune éclairant l'interprétation de mentionner quelques-uns. الملخص يعد العلّامة الشيخ سيدي محمد بن عبد الكريم المغيلي من العلماء الأفذاذ الذين استطاعوا أن يحتلوا مكانة عالية في أوساط العلماء وأيضا في الفكر الإسلامي العربي والإفريقي على حد السواء، من خلال ما ألّفه من مؤلفات مست جوانب عديدة من المعارف، التي منها علوم اللغة، علوم التفسير، علم المنطق، الفقه والتصوف... وهو ما جعل بالباحثين والدارسين يهتمون بدراسة وتحقيق مؤلفاته المختلفة المعارف، دون أن نغفل مخطوطاته التي لا زالت مفقودة إلى يومنا هذا، ومنها البدر المنير في التفسير على سبيل الذكر لا الحصر. الكلمات المفتاحية: المغيلي – حياته – نسبه –
