الملخص
الملخص: لقد باتت المشاركة السياسية للمرأة من المطالب الدولية التي كرستها مختلف الاتفاقيات الدولية التي حثت الدول الأطراف فيها على ضرورة إفراغها في قوانينها الداخلية و على رأسها الدساتير، بل و تجسيدها على أرض الواقع باعتبارها مقياسا تقاس به الدول من حيث تحقيق المساواة المتبعة من طرف كل دولة في تجسيد ذلك في ظل حماية دولية لهذه التطبيقات،و هو ما عمل المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري على تجسيده من خلال التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2008 بغض النظر عن مدى نجاحه من عدمه في تجسيد ذلك. Résumé : La participation politique des femmes est devenue l'une des exigences internationales consacrées dans les diverses conventions internationales, qui exhortaient les États parties à les abolir dans leurs lois nationales, en particulier les constitutions, et à les incarner en fait comme mesure par laquelle les par chaque État. Cela se reflète dans la protection internationale de ces demandes, qui a été l'œuvre du fondateur constitutionnel algérien à s'incorporer à travers l'amendement constitutionnel pour l'année 2008, qu'il réussisse ou non à l'incarner. Abstract : Women's political participation has become one of the international demands enshrined in the various international conventions, which urged the States parties to abolish them in their domestic laws, especially the constitutions, and to embody them in fact as a measure by which States measure the equality achieved by each State. This is reflected in the international protection of these applications, which was the work of the Algerian constitutional founder to be embodied through the constitutional amendment for the year 2008, regardless of whether it succeeds or not in embodying it.
