المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الجزائرية ودورها في تكريس الديمقراطية التشاركية

الملخص
تلقى قضية المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الجزائرية متابعة واهتمام بالغين من قبل المختصين والباحثين الجزائريين منهم والعرب باعتبارها موضوعا يتصل بالمشهد السياسي وآفاق التحول ، على غرار تمكن المرأة الجزائرية من اختراق عوائق التعطيل والتهميش، فقد شهدت بدايات القرن الماضي حرص الجزائر على الارتقاء بالمرأة في جميع الميادين ومنها الميدان السياسي وذلك بتحسين أوضاع المرأة في هياكل السلطة والأحزاب السياسية، وذلك بإقحامها في البرلمان بشكل قوي ومنحها حقائب وزارية... إلى غير ذلك . أهمية الدراسة : انطلاقا مما سبق ، يتبين أن موضوع الدراسة هام في سياق الانفتاح والتطور لإشراك جميع المواطنين بما فيهم النساء في الحياة السياسية كالترشح للمجالس المنتخبة وكذا المشاركة في رسم السياسات العامة ...الخ . كما تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في محاولة الكشف عن حقيقة مشاركة المرأة الجزائرية في المجال السياسي ، وتبين مدى تطور هذه المشاركة من حيث الكم والنوع . أهداف الدراسة : تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مجموعة من النقاط هي: التعرف على طبيعة وواقع المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الجزائرية في المجالس المنتخبة وفي مواقع صنع القرار . معرفة مدى توجه هذه المشاركة نحو تحقيق مبدأ المساواة بين المرأة والرجل في العمل السياسي ومدى توجهها نحو تكريس الديمقراطية التشاركية . The issue of the political participation of Algerian woman has received great attention from Algerian specialists and researchers as well as the Arabs as a hot subject related to the political scene and the prospects of transformation. Even the Algerian woman have been able to penetrate obstacles of hindrance and marginalization, the beginning of the last century saw Algeria keen to promote woman in all fields by improving the status of woman in power structures and political parties, through firmly inserting them into parliament and giving them ministerial positions and so on. The Importance of Study Based on the above, the subject of the study is important in the context of promoting openness and development to involve all citizens, including women in political life, such as running for elected councils, participating in public policy, etc. The importance of this study lies in the attempt to uncover the reality of the participation of Algerian women in the political life. It also shows the extent of the participation of women in terms of quantity and gender. Objectives of the Study The study aims to know a number of points such as: To recognize the nature and reality of the political participation of Algerian women in the elected councils and in decision-making positions and in the collective movement. To Know the extent to which this participation is directed towards the realization of the principle of equality between women and men in the political life and the extent to which they are oriented towards the establishment of the participatory democracy.
