الاجتهاد في الإسلام والتكامل المعرفي بين علوم الوحي وعلوم الكون والإنسان

الملخص
Diligence in Islam and the cognitive integration between the sciences of الملخص : الاجتهاد فريضة ربانية يتوقف عليها خلود الشريعة الإسلامية وصلاحيتها لكل زمان ومكان، ولقد حرص علماء أصول الفقه على وضع ضوابط للاجتهاد الشرعي بما يحقق الغاية المقصودة منه، وهي الضوابط التي تمثلت في مجمل الشروط التي نصبوها في حق المجتهد، بما فيها تلك الأدوات المعرفية والعلوم المختلفة التي جعلوا الإلمام بها شرطا أساسيا يؤهل المجتهد لهذه المهمة. فما طبيعة تلك الأدوات المعرفية؟. هل يمكن الحديث عن أدوات معرفية جديدة للاجتهاد ليؤد دوره في حياتنا المعاصرة على نحو يتحقق به قيومية الشريعة الإسلامية، فيأخذ من تلك العلوم ويعطي لها وللحياة ما تحتاجه من توجيه رباني في شتى الميادين ؟ الهدف من هذه الدراسة بيان مدى تجسد التكامل المعرفي من خلال الاجتهاد قديما وحديثا، ومن ثم بيان مدى واقعية الدعوة إلى تكامل معرفي بين علوم الوحي وعلوم الكون والإنسان، والمحاذير التي يمكن أن تثار بهذا الصدد. Summary : the diligence is a divine duty , the immortality of Islamic law and its validity for all time and place is depend on it , the diligent s tried to establish controls for independent reasoning to achieve its intended purpose , and these controls are shaped in overall terms that they erected in the right of diligent including those cognitive tools and various sciences that made their collection a basic condition which qualifies the diligent for this task . So what is the nature of these cognitive tools? Can we talk about new cognitive tools for independent reasoning to lead its role in our contemporary life, it Takes from those sciences and gives them and to life what it needs from divine guidance in various field? The objective of this study is showing the extent to which cognitive integration is embodied through the diligence in the past and nowadays, and then showing the extent of realistic call to cognitive integration between the sciences of revelation, the sciences of universe and man, and the cautions that could raised in this regard.
