جوانب من الإنتاج الاسطوغرافي الجزائري حول بلاد المغارب في العهد العثماني

الملخص
ملخــــــــص تعرف الجامعة الجزائرية حركة تأليفية تقصت بالبحث العديد من الموضوعات التاريخية في العهد الحديث، وقد احتلت بلاد المغارب الصدارة في الساحة التأريخية ذلك أنها لم تفلت من الخضوع للإمبراطورية العثمانية وعلى رأسها الجزائر، تونس و طرابلس بسبب وقوفها كسور منيع في طريق التوسع الأوروبي في العالم الإسلامي طوال أربعة قرون من الزمن. و تجسد الإسطوغرافيا الجزائرية أدوارا بالغة الأهمية في التأليف و استقراء التاريخ وفق اختيارات منهجية تضعنا أمام إنتاجات تنتمي إلى المدرسة الجزائرية التاريخية الحديثة والتي نشأت منذ الثلاثينيات من القرن الماضي وتبلورت في قالب جديد. وبالرغم من أن حصة الموضوعات و المقالات و البحوث المرتبطة بالتأريخ لبلاد المغارب في العهد العثماني تحتل موقعا ممتازا في الحقل المعرفي التاريخي إلا أنها تفتقد أحيانا الى تقديم كتابات منسجمة وفي حدود مائعة وأحيانا أخرى تضعنا أمام إيديولوجية وطنية تقليدية، إذ يعود هذا الى طريقة التناول التي تعتمد فيها تلك الكتابات على المقاربات الوطنية الضيقة. و بالمقابل نؤكد على وجود دراسات جزائرية تكتب في المجال ذاته بطريقة مميزة بناءا على أدوات تحليل أكثر مقاربة علمية وتصدر موضوعات واسعة الآفاق و متنوعة التناول، إذ من جملة البحوث التي حضيت بها تلك الموضوعات معالجة الظواهر الإجتماعية و الثقافية و الإقتصادية وكذا العمرانية وربطها بالعلوم التاريخية على غرار البحوث السياسية مما استقطب إليها الباحثين لإيلاء العناية التامة بها، فحملت سمات الواقع الفكري الراهن نظرا لدقتها العلمية. في ضوء ما تقدم، الدراسة معنية في الأساس بتناول نماذج من تلك الدراسات المتعلقة بالتأريخ بالتأريخ لبلاد المغارب، وسأحاول جاهدة تقديم قراءة نقدية تحليلية لمضامينها وأبعادها، وأن أجيب عن الإشكالية المطروحة وهي: ما هي حدود معالجة الدراسات الجزائرية لموضوعات تاريخ بلاد المغارب في العهد العثماني؟ تفتًرض الدراسة التطرق إلى العناصر الآتية: 1- مقدمة (السوابق) 2- بلاد المغارب العثمانية في الدراسات الجزائرية 3- بنية الخطاب التاريخي الجزائري ومقاربة الموضوعات التاريخية 4- المناهج و الخصائص 5- ضرورة التجديد (اللقاء بين التاريخ و العلوم الاجتماعية) The limitations of the contribution of Algerian studies in the history of the Maghreb Ottoman provinces (Study, models and issues) Key words: The Ottoman Empire, the Maghreb Provinces, the Historiographic Product, The Local History, the Algerian Studies. Abstract: The Algerian university has known a synthetic movement that investigated about a huge range of historical topics whilst the modern era. Amongest them, the Maghreb provinces which have been the most studied themes in history since they were under the Ottoman authority taking for instance; Algeria, Tunisia and Tripoli because they were as a fortified fortress in front of the European expansion in the Islamic world for a period of four centuries. The Algerian historiography incarnated some crucial roles in writing and in the historical induction according to certain methodological choices that exposes us to the products which have a relationship with the modern historical Algerian school; this latter was established since the thirties of the precedent century and was presented in a new way. Though the amount of the topics, the articles and the researches which were related to the investigation about the Maghreb Ottoman provinces take a considerable status in the epistemic and historical field, it, sometimes, lacks to the offering of coherent writings in deliquescent limits. Again, it puts us in front of a traditional and national idiologies. This originated from the manner that was taken and with which thoses writings depend on the national narrow approaches. On the other hand, we emphasize on the existance of the Algerian studies which are written in the same domain in a unique mode depending on more scientific analytical tools. In addition, they issue some enormous and multiple topics. Among that bunch of researches about thoses topics dealt with social, cultural, economic and even constructional phonomena and then correlate them with the historical sciences which cared about them so that it carried out the characteristics of the intellectual reality thanks to its scientific accuracy. In light of what has been said, this study is, mainly, interessted in dating the Maghreb Ottoman provinces. So, we will do our best in order to give an analytical reading to its content and dimensions as to answering this problematic: What are the limits of treating the Algerian studies about the topics of the history of the Ottoman Maghreb provinces? This paper will deal with the following items: 1- Introduction (Precedents). 2- Some sides from the Algerian historiographic product about the Maghreb Ottoman provinces. 3- The structure of the Algerian historical discourse and the approach of the historical topics. 4- Methods and characteristics. 5- The necessity of renewal (the correlation between history and social science).
