اتجاهات عمال قطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية نحو اجراءات التقاعد القانونية

الملخص
الملخص : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة اتجاهات عمال قطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية نحو اجراءات التقاعد القانونية ومعرفة الاتجاه العام نحو هذه الاجراءات من خلال بعض المتغيرات الفردية (السن ، الجنس) ، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (283) عامل يعملون بقطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية في الحيز المكاني المحدد في هذه الدراسة وهي ولايات : الأغواط ، الجلفة ، وتيارت ، وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية . واعتمد الباحث في هذ الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ، واستخدم مقياسا معدا من طرفه لقياس اتجاهات العمال نحو متغيرات الدراسة ، كما تمت المعالجة الاحصائية باستخدام الرزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss ) النسخة رقم 20، وقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة على النحو التالي : - وجود اتجاهات سلبية لدى عمال قطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية نحو القوانين المنظمة لإجراءات التقاعد . - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في اتجاهات عمال قطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية نحو قانون التقاعد تعزى إلى متغير السن . - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في اتجاهات عمال قطاعي الصحة والجماعات المحلية نحو قانون التقاعد تعزى إلى متغير الجنس Abstract: The current study aims to identify workers' attitudes of health Sector and local communities sector towards legal retirement procedures, also to know the public attitude towards these procedures throughout personal variables ( sex, age), the sample of the study is composed of (283) workers whom work in the health sector and local communities sector in the spatial area specified in this study which had applied in the following states: Laghouat, Djelfa, and Tiaret. The states were chosen randomly. In this study, the researcher used to work on the descriptive approach, and used a criterion that he prepared to deal with the workers’ attitudes towards the variables of study. In addition, he used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. The results conduct as Following: - Workers of health and communities sectors have negative attitudes towards the organized laws for retirement procedures. - There are no statistical differences between workers’ attitudes of health and local communities sectors towards retirement law in relation to the age variable. -There are statistical differences between workers’ attitudes of health and local communities sectors towards retirement law in relation to the sex variable.
