دور الشركات في تحمل المسؤولية الإجتماعية " إستعمال الأرباح نموذجا "

الملخص
يعتبر من أهم حقوق المساهمين في الشركة حقهم في الحصول على الأرباح السنوية و قد فرض مفهوم مساهمة الشركة في تحمل المسؤولية الإجتماعية في المحيط الذي تمارس فيه نشاطها على الشركات ضرورة تخصيص جزء من أرباحها و توجيهه إلى نشاطات غير ربحية على المدى القريب الهدف منها المساهمة في تحمل التكاليف العامة كجزء من واجباتها تجاه المجتمع و مساهمة منها في التنمية الشاملة و رغم أن هذه الاقتطاعات المالية تنصرف إلى تحمل التكاليف العامة للمجتمع إلا أن لها أهدافا على المستوى البعيد من حيث كونها تؤدي إلى زيادة مقبولية الشركة في المجتمع و مصداقيتها و زيادة تنافسيتها مما يحقق دون شك أرباحا للشركات . الكلمات المفتاحية :المسئولية الإجتماعية للشركات ، الأرباح السنوية ، أخلاقيات الأعمال The abstract 2: The right to get annual profits is one of the most important rights of shareholders in the company. The concept of the company's contribution to social responsibility in the environment in which it operates has forced companies to allocate part of their profits and direct them to non-profit activities in the short term. The aim is to contribute to incurring public costs as part of their duties towards the community, and as a contribution to the overall development. Although these deductions tend to bear the general costs of society, they have long-term goals in terms of increasing the company's acceptability in society and its credibility and increasing the competitiveness, which undoubtedly achieves profits for the companies. Key words: The social responsibility to the company- the annual profits –the competitiveness – the overall development.
