دور التكوين المهني في التأهيل الاجتماعي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة

الملخص
الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التكوين المهني في التأهيل الاجتماعي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ومحاولة الخروج بتوصيات تعمل على تحسين وتدعيم عملية التكوين المهني، وذلك من خلال دراسة محاور التكوين المهني (التخصصات المطروحة، المكونون، المستلزمات) في تعزيز إيجاد فرص عمل لهم. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي،وأيضا على المقابلة لمجتمع الدراسة في مؤسسة التكوين المهني للمعاقين أحمد محبوبي بولاية الأغواط،للوقوف على دور التكوين المهني في تأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن للتكوين المهني دور متوسط في تعزيز فرص العمل للخريجين،وأن العلاقة مابين مؤسسات التكوين المهني وسوق العمل هي علاقة متوسطة وغير مستديمة، وأن مقدمي خدمات التكوين المهني وأصحاب العمل لا يستفيدون من الإمكانيات المتاحة لدى كل طرف.على ضوء النتائج المتوصل لها، توصي الدراسة بتحسين وتطوير التكوين المهني للوصول إلى مستوى أعلى في تعزيز فرص العمل لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من مؤسسات تكوين المهني، وإيجاد آليات تعاون مشتركة تجمع مؤسسات التكوين المهني مع سوق العمل من أجل معرفة احتياجات كل طرف. Abstract The role of vocational training in the rehabilitation of people with disabilities This study aims to identify the role of vocational training in social rehabilitation for people with special needs and try to make recommendations that improve and strengthen the process of vocational training through studying the axes of vocational training (offered specializations, trainers, inputs) in promoting the creation of job opportunities for them. The study was based on the descriptive approach, as well as on the interview in the vocational training institution for the disabled people: Ahmed Mahboubi in the Willayaof Laghouat, to find out the role of vocational training in the rehabilitation of people with special needs. The study found that vocational training has an average role in promoting opportunities for trainees, and the relationship between the vocational training institutions and the labor market is not quite goodin order to enhance trainees’ employment opportunities. Bothproviders of vocational training services and employers do not benefit from the possibilities available for them.In the light of the results,we recommend improvingand promoting vocational training for people with disabilities in order to reach a higher level of job opportunities’creationfor those people.Wealso recommend the creating of mutualcooperatingmechanisms between the institutions of vocational training with those of labor market
